RUSSIAN IMPERIAL PETERHOF PALACE CUT GLASS TUMBLER, colorless non-lead glass, slightly tapered form with applied blue glass shield bearing the coat of arms of Alexandria surrounded by the translated motto "For Faith, Czar and Fatherland", the cutting comprising bands of diamonds and punties, leaves, and diamond-points, ray-cut base. The Imperial Glass Factory, St. Petersburg. Circa 1830. 3 1/4" H, 3" D.
