Two 19th century silver and paste brooches. To include an early 19th century paste frond brooch, together with a late 19th century brooch designed as a pair of outstretched wings with central fan. One with foreign marks. Lengths 10.3 and 7.2cms. Weight 35.8gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Wings brooch with one paste deficient. Some possible paste replacements. Wings brooch with later fittings, believed converted from a hair slide. Frond brooch with later fittings, believed converted from a bodice ornament.
