Leuchars. 38 Piccadilly London Maker'', the brass-bound coromandel mahogany case monogrammed to hinged cover ''LBD'', the interior lid with concealed latch releasing a rectangular mirror and fold-out leatherette pocket, above a fitted blue velvet interior housing 13 cut-crystal and metal sterling-silver lidded travel and vanity articles, each with maker's mark of James Vickery, London, and monogrammed ''LBD'', the forward drop-down panel concealing two button-operated drawers, one fitted with blue velvet-lined compartments, overall: 7.75'' H x 12'' W x 9.5'' D, est: $1500/2500

Condition
Overall good condition, with general light marks, scratches, wear, and tarnishing to silver elements commensurate with age. Abrasions and nicks to edges of drawer fronts; the largest approximately .25'' x .125''. Scattered shrinkage cracks to veneer; the largest approximately 2'' long. An approximately 3'' x .25'' area of cracking to veneer on lower left section of face with an approximately .25'' x .125'' loss. Lower button-operated drawer difficult to remove. Lacking key. Monogrammed, as stated.
