An early 20th century diamond cluster ring. The old-cut diamond, within a similarly-cut diamond surround, to the later replacement tapered band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct. Ring size S. Weight 2.6gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Band shows evidence of repair/ resize. Diamonds well matched. Diamonds bright. Diamonds show profuse light and dark coloured inclusions which can be seen easily with the naked eye. Some inclusions are surface reaching Some diamonds have large chips to the girdle edges. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Stamped 18ct.
