There are multiple areas wear to the silvering on the mirror. Most of this wear is all along the outer edges, near the frame, ranging from 1" long to 2 1/2" long to approx. 1/2" wide. There are areas of wear in the center of the mirror as well, the largest being 2" long and 1/8" wide, the others are spotty, ranging from a 1/4" to a 1/2". The wood frame has 5 cracks and two 1/4" veneer chips.
