The circle plate having flat inner center, continuous cavetto to the shallow rim, raised on slightly concave footed ring. The central interior decorated with hand painting of iron-red dragon, soaring between LiShui wavy water. The rim left plain white underglazed. Bordered with fine blue ring on outer lip.
