In overall fine and stable condition. Not examined out of frame. Some old labels and inscriptions on verso. The seam is visible and complete, color maintains intensity and gilt is largely intact. Rubbing along the top edge of the painting, probably from a past framing. Old professional restoration at the upper right and lower right corners. The repaired tear in the lower right corner extends along the lower right edge of the painting. A slight horizontal accretion on lower left and another on lower middle section that fluoresce under a black light. A minor tear with separation on the lower right and another on the mid-bottom edge with accompanying craquelure. Scattered soiling and small losses to pigment throughout. All wear is consistent with age, material and display.
