A pocket watch owned and used by Sheriff Wyatt Earp

Wyatt Earp was an American gambler, Pima County, Arizona, deputy sheriff, and deputy town marshal in Tombstone, Arizona, who took part in the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral, during which lawmen killed three outlaw Cowboys. He is often regarded as the central figure in the shootout in Tombstone.

The Gunfight at the O.K. Corral was a 30-second gunfight between outlaw Cowboys and lawmen that is generally regarded as the most famous shootout in the history of the American Wild West.

Provenance: This pocket watch comes from a large important collection of outlaw memorabilia. Some items from the collection were once associated with The Tombstone Museum, additionally items relating to Jesse James, Frank James (James Gang) and the Jesse James Clay County Museum.
