There is a sailor man that holds an anchor by rope while standing next to napkin holder on triple tiered, rectangular base that is marked Derby Silver Co. Number is illegible. Silver loss/tarnish. A calla lily nestled in three leaves adorns the rectangular base edged with an acanthus leaf design and decorative feet. Marked Barbour Bros. Co.
