Late 19th/early 20th century, elements stamped ''I/O'', apparently without further marks, possibly WMF (Wurttembergische Metallwarenfabrik, Wurtemberg, Germany), surmounted by a trumpet-form cut glass vase clad in a pierced foliate surround centering the scalloped-edge oblong cut glass bowl raised on two lily pads, the stems astride the flaring central standard decorated in relief with a female figure to each face, over an oblong base with female figures seated on each end, raised overall on bracket feet, 34'' H x 25'' W x 13'' D, est: $1500/2500

Overall good condition. General marks, scratches, tarnishing and scattered spots of rubbed wear revealing base metal commensurate with age. One seated figure lacking an element, likely a book. Cut glass elements with scattered scratches and fleabites to edges. Vase with an approximately .5''-long section of shallow chipping to edge of terminal.
