Pierced carved crest with figural winged putti, flowers and filigree with a center carved medallion, overhanging gadroon carved top over 5 drawers with alternating figural man and woman front carvings and oversized lion’s head pulls; drop front center panel is heavily relief carved with 7 figures, 5 putti and 2 horses drawing a chariot, has deep side drawers with large figural putti fronts. The base has a pierced carved pendant crest under a thick seashell carved border, oversized seated winged griffin supports under the body on a large heavy carved base. In beautiful condition with an enhanced original medium brown finish. 73 in. high x 63 in. wide x 21 in. deep.
