2 Mexican Masks, carved and painted wood. The first a bearded male mask from the Dance of the Moors and Christians, circa 1930 and the second a mask of the Turtle's Grandmother from an unknown dance. Size: 8.5" x 8" x 5.5" (22 x 20 x 14 cm) and 8" x 6.5" x 5.5" (20 x 17 x 14 cm). Provenance: Richard and Jean Kellaway; Danforth Museum, Framingham, Mass., included in the traveling exhibition, ''Mexican Masks of the 20th Century: A Living Tradition.''
