Chinese, mid 18th century, exterior with four water dragons with double leafy tails and swimming through lotus blossoms, interior with a cross vijra symbol within double blue line borders, base with six-character mark within concentric circles, antique maade for the Pavilion for Echoing Moral Character, 4-3/8 x 8-1/2 in. good condition with minor firing flaws on base, wear to rim, glaze anomalies as made.
