Lot of four pieces of Lamberton China Co. Ivory Scammell rare "State In Schuylkill" decorative china includes: 1"(h) x 7"(d) x 7"(w) soup bowl, 3/4"(h) x 8 1/4"(d) x 8 1/4"(w) salad plate and two 1"(h) x 10"(d) x 6"(w) dinner plates which have printed into their verso the names of the original founding members. State in Schuylkill, know today as the Schuylkill Fishing Co., is America's oldest club, founded by an early group of Philadelphia worthies dedicated to angling. Their original clubhouse was on the Schuylkill River, but today is located on the grounds of, or adjoining the edge of, Nicholas Biddle's estate on the Delaware River Called Andalusia. CONDITION: All are in very good condition with no damage.
