Mutsuo
Mutsuo began tattooing in 2000 after an apprenticeship that lasted two years. Currently at Three Tides Tattoo in Osaka, Japan, he received his first tattoo by Hortitomo, who also worked at the same studio during that time. Mutsuo is highly-respected and works fluidly between Japanese and American Traditional styles.
