Fati Motuehitu
Fati Motuehitu is a Marquesan born-and-raised tattoo artist living on the island of Bora Bora. His mastery of the craft and art of original tattoo design is quite well-known throughout the Polynesian region. Influenced by the legendary tattoo masters of the Marquesan islands, Fati's tattoos are vivid and powerfully symbolic works of art. His style engages crisp, sharp lines in black ink. Knowledgeable about Polynesian folklore and history, Fati knows the stories and symbolism behind each of the pieces he draws.
