Coral, turquoise and silver. Tibet, approx. 18th to 19th cent.
Two differently sized jewelry pendants, the larger for the ears. This is attractive with big red coral inlays bordered with braided gilt seams. The design was inspired by the floral respectively "flaming juwel" cintamani. On back, smooth and silver throughout. The smaller piece of jewelry presents a large turquoise in the center, the silver setting is beaded, surrounded by finest braid bands and floral borders, conical extensions above and below, each set with small turquoise stones.
