Description
American, circa 1870. Early American colorless pattern glass pitcher and creamer. The water pitcher in the 'Barberry' or 'Pepper Berry' pattern with applied handle, the lower portion of body decorated with stippled leaves and raised berries, the circular foot with polished pontil (approximate height at lip 8.5") along with a cream pitcher in the 'Princess Feather' or 'Rochelle' pattern with applied handle (approximate height at lip 5.15"). Apparently both unmarked. Provenance: From the Estate of Mary L. Haugk, Lawrenceville, Georgia.
