Description
Frederick Carder (English, 1863-1963) for Steuben Glass Works (American, founded 1903). A group of three pieces of rosaline and alabaster glass comprising a compote with rosaline bowl on alabaster stem and foot, shape #2760; a rosaline and alabaster vase having a raised ruffled rim over the tapering body, flanked by applied alabaster handles, shading to a alabaster stem raised on a conforming circular foot; and a rosaline dresser or puff box with applied alabaster knob over a rosaline lid and body resting on an applied alabaster foot. Approximate compote height 3.5", diameter of mouth 7.75". Approximate vase height 8.25". Approximate dresser jar height 3.75".
