TWO JAPANESE IMARI PORCELAIN WARES, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY, each painted in traditional shades, comprising a large Edo style ribbed punch bowl, the petal rim surrounding the floral decorated base, the underside centering six underglaze blue character inscription, height: 5 3/4", diameter: 12 3/4"; accompanied by a large charger, Meiji Period, emphasizing enameled stylized lobed leaves alternating spread winged firebirds, a circular reserve of flowering tendrils at the center, reversing to an impressed square character mark signature, diameter: 12 1/4".
