Night Force was an ongoing comic book series featuring Baron Winters and the Night Force. It was published from August of 1982 to September of 1983. The Night Force first appeared in a special preview in New Teen Titans #21. Night Force is the name of three comic book series published by DC Comics. The first series, written by Marv Wolfman, and illustrated by Gene Colan debuted in a special insert in The New Teen Titans #21 (July 1982). The second series began in 1996 was one of four books that made up DC's Weirdoverse group of titles. The third series began in 2012 as a seven issue miniseries. It was again written by Marv Wolfman, this time with artist Tom Mandrake.

The main character of all three series is Baron Winters, a sorcerer who would assemble a team of chosen individuals to fight supernatural threats. The Baron himself did not participate in the missions and would manipulate, sometimes unethically, others to do so for him. This was because, for reasons not revealed, he could not leave Wintersgate Manor, the labyrinthine mansion in Washington, D.C. where he lived. The mansion was located in a special juncture of time and space, allowing him to send his team to different places and times.Featured Video:

Excellent: Used, but barely. Excellent is a small step under Mint, but Excellent can have very minor signs of wear. The wear must be a normal, desirable part of aging or so minor that its barely noticeable and visible only upon close inspection. Damage of any sort is not very minor. Wear or minor, normal factory flaws should be noted. (Factory flaws are small blemishes common at the time of manufacture a tiny air bubble under paint, for example.)
Equivalent CGC grade 8.5 to 9.4

Very Good: A well-cared-for item that has seen limited use but remains in great condition. Item and instructions are complete and undamaged but may show some signs of wear.
Equivalent CGC grade 7.0 to 8.4

Good: Item shows wear from consistent use, but it remains in good condition. The original instructions are included and in acceptable condition. The item may be marked, identified, or show other signs of previous use. The item works perfectly and is in good shape overall.
Equivalent CGC grade 6.0 to 6.9

Fair: Items have considerable wear: scratches, worn paint, chips or decals missing. Parts may be missing. Original packaging has considerable damage as well.
Equivalent CGC grade below 6.0
