"Be prepared for battle!" exclaims this Chinese cultural revolution propaganda poster (circa 1965). From the mid-1950s until the early 1970s, Chinese propaganda was exceptionally pro-black; Chinese artists enthusiastically painted images of blacks as heroic and courageous fighting against global oppression alongside the Chinese. This rare poster measures approx. 30-1/2" wide by 41-1/2" tall. Except for a small tear at the wrist (upper-left corner), it is in very good condition (see photos).
