The bench is refinished. No water rings or stains. No chips or cracks. There are four small raised areas to the surface of the top; it appears that the screws the hold the top to the legs were too long and have left very slight impressions in the underside of the top. These raised areas are only visible in raking light. There are a few scuffs and dents to the top of the box. The drawers are clean and work well.
