English George IV Carved Mahogany Armoire, 19th c., the stepped crown over two long doors centered by two short cupboard doors with five sliding drawers within, above two short drawers over two long graduated drawers, on a plinth base, H.- 90 in., W.- 102 1/2 in., D.- 25 in.

Condition consistent with age and use. There are occasional dents, scratches, mild abrasions and wear to the finish intermittently throughout with some sticker residue, a white colored residue and various areas of expected wear observed. One long door is noted with a lighter color of finish near the key hole, likely from repeated use. The opposite long door has an approximately 2 ½ inch possible ink pen mark near the knob. Some very mild humidity cracks are observed occasionally throughout. One drawer knob is now lacking but present. The interior of the center doors have some drawer marks. Some later interior modifications for storage are present. The plinth base is noted with abrasive losses, and one side appear to have more wear than the other. The side panels have apparent scratches and mild abrasions. Interior door measurements: H. - 52 ½ in., W. - 47 in., D. 21 in. A marvelous example. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS."
