WWII USN CASED WET COMPASS - Brass Gimbel-Mounted Compass marked "US Navy, BU Ships, Mark 2, #4930, 1943, The Lionel Corporation, New York". Housed in the original heavy walnut case with Lionel tag, the exterior stripped of the wartime grey paint and refinished, and having the added inlaid cartouche of a sailing ship passing a lighthouse. 6 1/2" x 11 1/2" square. Good condition.
