Neolithic, 4th-2nd millennium BC. A finely knapped bifacial curved flint sickle knife in a translucent dark brown mottled flint, pale brown in the centre; the concave cutting edge delicately serrated. 42 grams, 12.8cm (5"). Property of a German collector; acquired in the 1990s. See Hunt Museum, Limerick, reference HCA 075 for a similar example. [No Reserve]
