An intaglio signet ring. Engraved to depict a raised hand and bear paw, within an oak leaf and acorn wreath, with ribbon motto 'Est Concordia Fratrum', possibly for Sir William Brown, 1st Baronet of Richmond Hill. Weight 8.8gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Scratches/ wear and slight discolouration in keeping with general age and wear. Band shows evidence of repair/ resize. Moderate wear to the engraving, noticeably to the sides of the ribbon. Ring size N.
