Description
An early 20th century split pearl and diamond dress ring. The three split pearls, to the pierced surmount with old-cut diamond accents. Estimated total diamond weight 0.70ct, I-J colour, SI2-P1 clarity. Length 2.4cms. Weight 3.7gms. Pearls untested.
Condition
Overall condition good. Minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear. Ring tests silver to surface. Pearls untested for natural colour origin. Growth lines visible to split pearls. They have a cream body colour with silver overtones. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Some diamonds are possible replacements. All settings will need attention. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Ring size O.
