Description
Chinese, late 19th/ early 20th century Qing Dynasty (1644-1912). An orange yixing zisha pottery teapot of bulbous rectangular form with bamboo form upturned spout opposing root form loop handle with floral decoration sprouting off handle and landing to one long side of body with flowers in relief, the opposite side of body with bamboo leaves sprouted off of spout, the rectangular lid with lily pads in relief beside root form looped finial. Marked to underside with flower within a keyed border. Approximately 5.5" tall, 7" spout to handle.
