Description
20th century in 18th century style. Queen Anne style tea table comprised of a solid highly polished mahogany with circular top comprising two parts, surmounting a wooden block with removable wooden mechanism, resting on a turned shaft in the form of a Doric column, all raised on tripartite cabriole legs with pierced and molded decoration on pad feet. Approximate height 28.5", diameter of top (at widest point) 36", width of base (foot to foot) 25" . Provenance: From the Estate of Henry G. Muecke Jr., Atlanta, Georgia.
