BIEDERMEIER ERA CUT AND ENGRAVED COVERED CHALICE, Vaseline (uranium), bowl featuring a reserve finely engraved with a cornucopia of flowers flanked by the Rod of Asclepius and a lute, above a German inscription, raised on an octagonal standard and scalloped foot with cane and fine-point cuttings underneath, cover with scalloped rim and swirled finial. Bohemia. Circa 1840-1860. 11 3/8" HOA.
