Description
Egypt, Late Dynastic Period, ca. 652 to 300 BCE. A faience ushabti of beautiful aqua blue hues in traditional mummiform form with hands to chest holding crook and flail, pillar down back indicates 26th Dynasty or later, with band of hieroglyphs down front. Custom stand. Size: ushabti itself measures 4-3/8" (11.1 cm); on stand, 4-3/4" (12.1 cm).
