SS PHOTO ALBUM
Photo album once owned by a member of the SS-Standarte "Deutschland" brigade containing over fifty photographs, most about 4" x 2 1/2", and almost all captioned. Images include training, his comrades ("Legion 1933 Kameraden v. Sturm 42"), his arrival for further training at Dachau, funeral marches, parades and inspections with a few of the images including Heinrich Himmler, marching bands, guard duty, etc. There are also about 20 smaller commercial images from the 1933 Nuremberg rally. We suspect that about 25% of the 50 photos may be period commercial images. Many photos are trimmed, else very good.
