PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA COIN SILVER SUGAR BOWL AND COVER, oval footed form with two handles and urn-form finial. Marked "S. RICHARDS" in a rectangle for Samuel Richards (bc 1765-1827), three letter script monogram. Weight: 15.50 ozt. Circa 1800-1810. 7 1/2" HOA, 8" WOA.
