Description
ASSORTED PEWTER ARTICLES, LOT OF THREE, comprising a basin, approximately gallon-size, with partially legible touch marks for John Townsend and Thomas Compton (c. 1780-1801); a rim plate marked with arched "LONDON" and touch mark crown over two birds, flanked by "LO" and "VE"; and a ladle with illegible pseudo-hallmarks to underside of handle. 19th century. Basin 3 1/4" H, 11 3/4" D rim, plate 8 7/8" D rim, ladle 12 5/8" L.
