All metal elements throughout the lamp show signs of wear and light oxidation. There is a 1/4" chip to the porcelain directly above the metal connecting the top of the lamp to the urn. One handle has become loose. Three are approximately five pen-tip sized points of gilt loss throughout the gilt surrounding both scenes. There is a 1/2" line of gilt pigment towards the bottom of the urn in the cobalt area next to the courting scene. There are approximately seven pen-tip sections of gilt loss to the base. There is an overall light dust buildup throughout the piece.
