A mid Victorian silver double-sided locket. Of oval outline, the slightly domed, hinged sides, opening to reveal twin daguerreotypes of a man and a woman, to the surmount loop. Length 6.4cms. Weight 34.3gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear. Hinges show moderate-significant wear, may require attention, lids close, though not securely. Daguerreotype of the woman is deficient the glass cover. daguerreotypes show moderate discolouration.
