Early 20th century, each surmounted by a spreading cylindrical lid with metal roundel-topped finial set into a short cylindrical neck over a double gourd-form ceramic body, all-over decorated with hand-painted blue and white designs punctuated by applied roundels and incised spiraling decoration, within embossed silver-toned metal strapwork mounts, 2 pieces, each approximately: 26.5'' H x 11.5'' Dia., est: $400/600

Condition
Overall good condition, with general scratches, scuffs, marks, and soiling commensurate with age. Scattered chips; the largest approximately .25'' x .25''. Each with crazing to glaze and tarnishing to silver-toned metal mounts. One with a stable hairline crack running across base. The other with a loose circular mount to lower part of body (approximately 3.25'' x 2'').
