Ed. 1998 Designer Series Burmese bell, finished in a gorgeous Bleeding hearts pattern. This Aurora Bell form represents Ware #9667UJ, was designed by J.K. (Robin) Spindler, and masterfully painted by Penny Lane. This Fenton Art Glass Burmese Treasure carries the number #552 / 2500, explodes under black light, plus is in wonderful condition, weighing 12 oz., & measuring 3.75 x 3.75 x 6.75 inches tall. xxxxxxxxxx. The U.S. Hazardous Materials Act of 1942, banned the commercial use of all Uranium, reserving it for the U.S. war effort. From 1942 until 1959, Fenton was restricted from all Uranium Oxide formulas. Fenton produced a myriad of beautiful Topaz, Topaz Opalescent, Topaz Iridized Opalescent items, Burmese and Green Uranium figurines & smalls, from the 1960s, right up until the end.
