Top and bottom edges are decorated with blossoming lotus flowers and bat pendants with gilt edge work. Craftsmanship is imperial in quality. Comes on a pierced carved hardwood stand 2.25''x6.25''. It bears remnants of a red enameled Qianlong commemorative seal mark. Drilled base, but otherwise excellent condition. Late 19th or 20th century, Qing dynasty or Republic era.
