Item Details

Description

This is an original Polar Bear Rug that was done by the Jonas Brothers Taxidermy in Alaska. This bear was legally taken in 1965 100 miles off the coast of Barrow, Alaska on the ice pack. The bear measures 9 ft 3 in long by 9 ft wide. This rug comes with a notarized letter from the man who shot the bear as a bill of sale nd signed by ITT Arctic Services in Barrow, Alaska. The rug shows some wear on one paw, but is a great piece showing all the claws.
