This is a Late 1700's Wilkes London Antique Matched Set of Box Lock Flintlock Pistols with Case and Accessories. This Magnificent pair has had a period conversion, combining both pistols into a single double barrel gun. The guns are easily separated, should you desire to do so, with a screw and a leather inserted binding. Both guns are in excellent working condition, with numbered screw off barrels, and with drop down hidden triggers. The touch marks are nicely visible on both guns, as shown in photos and are a prime example of British Flintlock matched pistols. The pistols come with an antique paired wood box with later period gun accessories including bullet mold and powder flask. What a wonderful addition to any collection.
