An excellent vintage signed and inscribed sepia 10.5 x 13.5 photograph of Laughton standing in a half length pose in costume from one of his most famous screen roles as Captain William Bligh in Mutiny on the Bounty (1935). Photograph by Grime of M.G.M. Signed by Laughton in bold black fountain pen ink to a light area of the image, 'For Irving from Charlie (you must be sick of my face)'. Rare and desirable in this form. Some very slight corner and surface creasing, one small tear to the right white border and two very small areas of paper loss to two corners, only affecting the white border and not the image or signature.
