A rare and elegant vintage Gents Rolex Cellini wristwatch in solid 18k yellow gold with an attached solid 18k yellow gold mesh bracelet. The dial is gold, set with 18k yellow gold baton markers. The Swiss made Rolex movement is manual winding (calibre 1600). Suitable for up to 7-3/4? wrist size. Tested to wind and run, not tested for accuracy
