526 清 白玉嵌百寶金絲雙聯瓶鼻煙壺一對

鼻煙壺一對，平口，圓筒式深腹雙聯，平底。一大一小，展現「成雙成對」吉祥寓 意。以白玉為主體，質地細膩柔潤，色白如脂，通體光素無紋，掏膛薄透勻淨，拋光 粼粼之感與無瑕瑩亮的玉質，彰顯良玉天成之美韻。蓋、頸部與圈足嵌金纍絲包覆， 與雙管壺身相聯，成雙聯瓶式，又稱為「合歡鼻煙壺」。金纍絲彎繞成連續性圓珠 及覆、仰如意紋與蓮瓣紋，上綴紅寶與珍珠為飾，極為華麗富貴。另器形較小之鼻煙 壺，於器腹增加菱形金絲並鑲嵌珍珠為飾，精緻華美。細觀之，其套之金纍絲鏨刻連 珠紋，工藝技巧繁複精細，兩器皆以「金」、「玉」相互結合，寓有「金玉滿堂」之 富貴象徵。瑩潤白玉與燦爛金色搭配，予人雍容華貴之感。

鼻煙約於十七世紀傳入中國，歐洲盛行吸聞鼻煙， 進口的鼻煙盒屬於西方奢侈品，結合各種珍貴材 質、技藝，具體呈現精緻奢華歐洲時尚，亦為珍貴 的外交禮品。據《大清會典事例》禮部主客清吏 司，朝貢記載：「雍正三年，西洋意達里亞國教化 王伯納第多···謝聖祖仁皇帝撫恤恩，並賀世宗憲皇 帝登基，貢方物。使臣至京，貢厚福水五十瓶、綠 玻璃鳳壺一···。」及「乾隆十八年三月，西洋博爾 都噶爾雅國王若瑟，遣陪臣巴哲格等，進貢方物： 自來火鳥槍，赤金鼻煙盒，咖什倫鼻煙盒，螺鈿鼻 煙盒，瑪瑙鼻煙盒，綠石鼻煙盒。」列舉台北國立 故宮博物院庋藏英國十八世紀中葉〈鑲金瑪瑙瓶〉 ，可見當時歐洲的鼻煙潮流東傳，鼻煙與 盛煙的各類鼻煙盒成為外交禮物，進入清宮範疇， 後漸轉化為融合中國工藝文化之鼻煙壺。清乾隆年 間陸耀《煙譜》就曾以「一器或值數十金，貴人饋 遺以為重禮。」道出鼻煙壺的珍貴價值。本對鼻煙 壺顯然為迎合皇室、貴族的喜好製作之尊貴雅器， 亦見濃厚皇家氣息。

雙聯瓶為清代流行樣式，造型最早可追溯至新石器 時代的雙聯陶壺，此種腹部黏連在一起或自口至底 通體相聯之形制，又稱「聯體瓶」或「合歡瓶」， 取和合吉祥之意，乾隆時期尤為流行。如台北國立 故宮博物院庋藏清〈白玉雙瓶形佩〉，與 本品同屬雙聯瓶形制之巧品。

拍場相似之例可參見拍賣於香港邦瀚斯2010年11 月23日，編號99，1740-1820年〈竹黃刻龍紋雙 連手卷形鼻煙壺〉，其雙聯形制與本品 相似，皆屬清代精巧別緻的鼻煙壺佳品。然本件鼻 煙壺嵌以金纍絲包覆相聯，加以寶石為飾，用料奢 華，工藝細膩精巧，為東西方藝術之結晶，嶄露清 代貴族精緻富麗的不凡品味。
