瓷胎，胎質細膩致密。壺敞口，束頸，豐肩，圓筒形腹，腹下漸斂，圈足。通體 施白釉，釉色凝白溫潤，施以青花裝飾，色彩雅致。壺口沿處繪如意雲紋一周， 下承三道弦紋，壺腹描繪八組異域人士獻寶圖樣，姿態各異，座騎有白象、青 牛、鹿、馬、瑞獸等，而使者手中分別拿著寶盒、靈芝、珊瑚等奇珍異寶，展現 「萬國來朝」盛世氣派。

萬國來朝，是國富民強，太平盛世之吉兆。中國歷代王朝在國力鼎盛時，前來朝 拜的外夷藩邦絡繹不絕。《隋書?音樂志》：「每當正月，萬國來朝，留至十五日於 端門外建國門內，綿亙八裡，列戲為戲場。」本件鼻煙壺以各國向皇帝進貢寶物為 主題，表現出泱泱大國一統天下，萬國來朝的繁榮昌盛。
