Description
Native American, Northwestern United States, Alaska, Beringian / Old Bering Sea Culture, Punuk & Thule to Inuit, ca. 200 BCE to 1800 CE. A collection of 10 knapped chert stone blades displayed in a modern wood and glass case; the blades are a variety of sizes. The largest is narrow and lengthy with a stem, possibly a Bear Stemmed type of projectile point. Size of largest blade: 6" L x 1" W (15.2 cm x 2.5 cm); case: 11" L x 9" W (27.9 cm x 22.9 cm)
