Fair condition. Lamp has been repainted at some point in its history, showing thick layers and drips of house paint transfer to exterior of outer shade, and scattered scratches and yellowing to finish, not easily visible when flush to ceiling. Fixture is equipped with two sockets for screw base bulbs. Lacks mounting hardware and wiring. Rewiring is needed prior to use.
