Pre-Columbian, South Coast of Peru, Nazca, ca. 200 to 700 CE. A set of 2 hand-built and stone-burnished pottery bowls. The first bowl features parallel zigzags across the upper body while the larger vessel exhibits abstract insectile motifs, perhaps millipedes or pill bugs. Size of largest: 6.4" L x 6.3" W x 2.6" H (16.3 cm x 16 cm x 6.6 cm)

Condition
Repair to larger bowl, and restoration to base of smaller bowl. Both with nice remains of painted motifs.
