Excellent zoomorphic "The Hunt" chiseled tulwar sword, 18th century. Very good and profusely decorated, inlaid and chiseled tulwar sword. The handle with copper inlaid and brass decoration of floral motifs. Traditional form disc pommel with inlaid copper designs. Visible signs of old delamination to quillion and overall with the pierced panel tang unremoved. Blade a long curved single edge with a thick spine and a doubled-edge forward section. Excellent blade incredibly detailed with a recessed chiseled panel of elephants, tiger, deer, rams and riders of "The Hunt". Size 37" L, blade 32 1/4" L
